With so many social media platforms available, it can be challenging to choose which platforms to use and how to focus your efforts. In this course, you will learn how to create a social media strategy to maximize your time, resources, and results. This course will help you gain insight into your audiences, define goals for your social media, and measure progress toward those goals. You will explore best practices and tactics to create compelling content and increase engagement with your community. Social media management tools and strategies for managing your library’s reputation online will also be discussed.
