Chelsea Jordan-Makely
Chelsea Jordan-Makely is a Certified Agile Scrum Master (CSM) who enjoys facilitating conversations that strengthen teams and communities. Chelsea is a doctoral student and an adjunct faculty at Simmons University School of Library and Information Science, where she also is the Dean’s Fellow for Data Analysis. She has contributed to initiatives such as the 2024 Standards for Library Services for the Incarcerated or Detained, the Expanding Information Access for Incarcerated People initiative, funded by the Mellon Foundation, and the PRISM Project, funded by the Institute of Museum and Library Services. Previously, Chelsea was the Director of the Griswold Memorial Library in Colrain, Massachusetts, a 2024 recipient of the National Medal for Library and Museum Services. Outside of her work and studies, Chelsea spends her time taking care of an old farmhouse, gardening, riding bikes, and hanging with her pets, Stokely, Sun Dog, and Frederick.
