As we're all asked to do more at work and home with less time and money, strategies for managing time and projects are more important than ever. This four week course will introduce participants to basic principles and practices of productivity including the value of brain dumping, the importance of keeping email under control, time management in the short and long term, and the role of reflection in any productivity plan. Participants will leave the class with a clearer grasp of their own priorities, and concrete strategies for bringing those priorities to life.
